For over 25 years, tens of thousands of people have visited St Charles IL to attend the Scarecrow Fest. Over 100 hand-crafted scarecrows are at the heart of the festival, from charmingly simple figures created by Brownie Scout troops to elaborate mechanical displays built by local businesses.
Competition is friendly but fierce: attendees vote for their favorites in categories like “Mechanical” and “Family”.
In addition to the Scarecrow Contest Display, there are many other events to enjoy.
