Mill Creek Home Sales Report September 2012

Wow! So far in 2012 there have been 96 Closed sales of single family homes in Mill Creek, a 26% increase over the same period in 2011. There are an additional 16 homes under contract. The average closed price was $352,281 while the highest price sale was $650,000. If you’re thinking about buying a home in Mill Creek there are 48 Active listings.

Mill Creek is one of the few communities in the western suburbs that is still building new homes. The Tanna and Oakmont communities have homes available from about $325,000 to $500,000. I have been in the sales center recently and I was impressed by the incentives they are offering buyers as we head into Fall.  

Mill Creek in Geneva IL is one of the most popular communities in the western suburbs of Chicago. Mill Creek encompasses over 650 acres and offers over 45% of open space, including over 125 acres of preserved wetlands and 195 acres of Geneva parks.
