Geneva IL Luxury Historic Homes

Geneva IL is well known throughout the Midwest as a charming town of lovely residential neighborhoods that surround a downtown area filled with shops and restaurants. Geneva was originally settled in the mid-1800s as a farm community but in the late 1800s, wealthy Midwesterners  moved to Geneva to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Fox River Valley. Geneva’s homes are primarily styled after New England homes of the 18th and 19th centuries, including stately Georgians and graceful Italianate mansions.

Today, there are a number of luxury historic homes for sale  in Geneva. If you would like information on any of these homes, please see the listing information and then call me at (630)945-7935.
