I work with buyers and sellers in the Fox Valley, about 40 miles west of Chicago. I list and sell homes in the communties of St Charles, Wayne, Geneva, Batavia, Elburn and South Elgin. I have also represented both buyers and sellers in DuPage, DeKalb and Kendall Counties.
I use a unique 3 part valuation methodology to determine the best possible price to sell a home. I help sellers to “think like a buyer” so their house is priced correctly, aggressively marketed and properly staged.
My listings are featured on bairdwarner.com, the Chicago area’s leading real estate website. My listing are also prominently displayed using the enhanced package on realtor.com and zillow.com and trulia.com. My listings also appear on chicagotribune.com and craigslist.com.
Finally, I regularly work with a select group of buyers. I hope to represent buyers who value my skills in analysis and evaluation. When I work with buyers I keep myself fresh on the market by seeing the inventory of homes through a buyer’s eyes.
